Third Party Reviews Reviews For Sport Clips Haircuts of Tampa - Azeele Plaza

I feel that I was just another person in line to get out of the way. As if, I was part of the ?payment assembly line?. I thought I could relax, enjoy the experience of what Sports Clips advertises. I?ve had wonderful experiences, but at other locations. I?m older, and I look forward to the neck massage. The hot water wash, not luke warm. The tingling scalp shampoo. The sports channel that?s up to date. Ex. Current events, news...not fishing. Personal conversation is not a must, but I tip over 20-40% every time. And my haircuts were not very good. They were uneven and in a hurry. My barber in St. Pete would receive a $100 bill every Christmas for over 4 years. I?m a loyal customer, but after my last two experiences, I have been going to Great Clips and willing to miss the neck relaxing message, and sports updated for the service I receive elsewhere. I hope you appreciate my constructive criticism. If anything changes, please please let me know. Thanks again, Free Trusheim

Always very pleased with the result and with the pleasantness of the staff. My only complaint, and it is becoming a larger issue as it continues, is the punch card system (practically a scam gimmick at this point). With everything else about the experience updated to modern smart Apps and an excellent continuously updated database showing my haircut preferences, Sport Clips somehow expects me to carry a cardboard punch card with me every time I decide to get a haircut (which is usually just when I happen to be in the area running other errands). When I did remember to bring the 3 cards I have now, I was told that Sport Clips will not combine them. I may never reap the benefits of being a continued loyal customer, because I may never end up with 5 punches on a single "archaic" piece of cardboard. There is no excuse for Sport Clips not tracking my haircuts electronically (none), so I am feeling more and more like this is just a spit in the face. If you don't want to honor loyal customers with this gimmick, than just don't offer it anymore at all. I'd feel less disrespected that way. As it is, I'm pretty sure I will tire of being reminded how little my return business means to Sport Clips and I will go back to my previous perfectly viable hair cut options. I doubt that I am alone in this (otherwise Sport Clips would not place a handwritten sign at the checkout telling every customer that your policy is to "not" combine their already earned card punches onto a single card). Loyalty is important to me, as it is with most sports fans, by the way, so I hope you reconsider your policy before it's too late.
